Singing Rock Bungee Strap
Opiniones :
Bungee Singing Rock strap, made up of two very light elastic straps, in a V shape, to hold the ice ax to the climber's harness, and prevent it from getting lost.
The Singing Rock Bungee leash consists of two very light elastic straps, ideal for attaching the ice ax to the harness, thus preventing it from falling or being accidentally lost during climbing.
It is a very useful and comfortable forked leash to use for ice climbing and crossing glaciers.
The strap is made of PAD (85%), PES (0.5%) and elastic fibers (14.5%). The carabiners are made of light aluminum alloy.
It has a resistance of 3 KN (300 Kg). Never use the Bungee strap as a safety cord, to cushion falls.
The Singing Rock Bungee strap is V-shaped, and is made up of two elastic straps that come together at one end, ending in a textile loop. This loop is attached to the ventral ring of the harness comfortably and safely, using a lark's head knot.
The two ends of the elastic straps end with two mini carabiners, with screw closure, and a 12 mm closure opening. These carabiners can be attached to the ice ax, either through the hole in its head or through the hole in its spike, depending on how the ice ax is going to be used. In the case of using the ice ax as support in a progression, the carabiner must be secured to the hole in the head of the ice ax. If we take the ice ax by the handle and use it in traction, we must secure the carabiner to the hole in the spike of the ice ax.
The length of the elastic straps extends from 64 to 136 cm (including carabiners). It is a comfortable length to use without tangling, and allows great freedom of movement.
