WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE. FREE RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 calendar days after receiving it. Within this period, you can return the product without specifying the reason for the return, as long as the product meets the following conditions:
- It is in perfect condition, without deterioration or signs of use.
- It is unused.
- It keeps the original packaging and labels, if any.
If the return occurs within 14 calendar days of delivery, Paratum will provide a paid return label to the customer. Otherwise, the customer will have to make the shipment with their own means, assuming the cost of it.
If the returned product does not meet any of these return conditions, Paratum reserves the right to refuse the return or estimate a refund value lower than the purchase value of the product.
In case of rejection of the return, the customer must bear the cost of returning the product.
Once the product is received, Paratum will issue a refund for the entire order (including shipping costs), in the event that the withdrawal occurs within the first 14 days from receipt of the order. Only the value of the product will be refunded if the return is made within 30 days but outside said period.
In the event that the original order included more than one product and the entire order is not returned, only the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded.
Refunds will be made, preferably, through the payment method used by the customer in the purchase.
NOTE: The delivery of prepaid return labels is limited to continental territories of the EU and the Balearic Islands. Returns from the Canary Islands, Azores, Madeira and other island territories of the EU are not included, nor are shipments made to countries outside the European Union. In these cases the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.
NOTE: Free returns are offered voluntarily and in good faith as a value-added service for Paratum customers. The principle of good faith is expected to be reciprocal. If abusive practices are detected regarding this service, Paratum reserves the right not to apply, for a specific sale, the extended return policies. We will consider abusive practices, for example, the purchase of more than one product with the prior intention of choosing one of them and returning the others.
In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects or damage caused during transport, or an incorrect product has been received, Paratum will manage the return of the same with the customer, in the most convenient way for both, and at no cost to the customer. customer. Paratum will agree with the customer the replacement or reimbursement of the defective product. In case of new shipment of the product, the delivery address must be in the same territory, for logistics purposes, as the original order. Once the defective product has been received, Paratum will send a new one to the customer, completely free of charge.
For any of the cases of return, the procedure to be followed will be as follows:
The client will contact Paratum at the email email@example.com You must indicate the following:
- Reference of the order where you purchased the product
- Reference of the product you wish to return.
- Units you want to return.
- Reason for the return (not mandatory in case of withdrawal, although we will appreciate it and it will help us offer a better catalog and service).
Paratum will answer the email indicating to the customer the RMA number assigned to their return and providing the return label if applicable, in addition to the corresponding instructions.
SHIPMENTS NOT DELIVERED
In the event that a shipment was not delivered to the client due to incidents in the transport unrelated to the client, once the loss of the shipment has been confirmed, Paratum will proceed to pay it in full.
In the event that the shipment is returned to origin because the delivery cannot be made to the address provided by the client, due to its default or due to repeated absence at the place of delivery, Paratum will reimburse the client for the value of the products purchased, discounting the cost of return shipping. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address, and be reachable there and/or through the contact details provided.
