Climbing Technology Anchor Bolt Screw

The Climbing Technology Anchor Bolt is an expansion screw, made of AISI 316L stainless steel, designed for outdoor use.

It has a single, highly adherent expansion element.

Depending on the diameter of the Climbing Technology Anchor Bolt, three different models are available to choose from, 8, 10 and 12 mm.

The 8 mm Anchor Bolt is suitable for use on hard calcareous rocks, and not on soft rocks such as sandstone. It is ideal for use in caving.

The 10 mm and 12 mm Anchor Bolts are suitable for use in relatively hard, hard and/or compact rocks.

For the anchor to comply with EN 959, UIAA-123 and EN 795-A, the Anchor Bolt 10 expansion screw must be used together with the Plate 10 anchor plate, which is also found in the Plate version Kit 10, consisting of the expansion screw, a washer and a tightening nut.

Similarly, for the anchor to comply with EN 959, UIAA-123 and EN 795-A, the Anchor Bolt 12 expansion screw must be used in conjunction with the Plate 12 anchor plate, which is also available in the Plate Kit 12 version, consisting of the expansion screw, a washer and a tightening nut.
