Alpine-Up Technology Climbing Kit

Alpine-Up Technology Climbing Kit is a very complete and versatile belay/rappel device. Its design has been developed especially for mountaineering and can be used with medium, twin and single ropes. In addition, it allows self-locking rappelling and has three different belay modes depending on the terrain.

On the other hand, it has a manually assisted braking click-up mode that allows, among other things, to secure the climber on sport climbing routes with several sections and absolute safety, even in case the rope is incorrectly inserted, so it prevents multiple accidents. In turn, the dynamic manual braking mode allows the climber to be secured on alpine routes or iron climbs, allows braking friction thanks to the "V"-shaped grooves and rappelling with braking also in "V"-shaped grooves.

In addition, it has a guide mode, which allows independent and self-locking belaying of one or two climbers and the possibility of gradual release of a second under tension, by placing a carabiner in the corresponding hole.

This model should be used with the Concept SGL HC carabiner as it is the most suitable and resistant to wear and has an ACL system that prevents the possibility of cross loading.
