As these utensils are made of wood, special care must be taken to avoid damaging this natural material, since under extreme conditions, the wood can crack.

Therefore, we must clean these utensils well with warm water and a cleaner, and let them air dry in a vertical position, so that the water drains well. We should avoid leaving these utensils soaking for a long time.

If you notice that the oil lubrication has decreased, which can happen over time, either due to use and/or cleaning, a treatment can be given by applying hot, flavorless vegetable oil, or oil of paraffin. Then, let it soak overnight and remove excess oil. This process can be applied regularly.
