Data protection policy
1.1.- Information to the user of the existence of a file and request of consent for the automated processing of data:
In relation to the personal data provided by the USER in the forms that may exist on the website, E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. strictly complies with the current regulations established in Law 15/1999 on the Protection of personal data and other legislation that develops it and informs the USER that the aforementioned data will be included in a file for automated processing by providing the USER with consent through acceptance of these general conditions to said treatment.
1.2.- Purpose of the data:
E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. collects and treats certain personal data that are entered by the USER freely in the form in order to be able to answer the requests for information that can be made as well as to be able to manage the purchases made and send commercial offers to all those interested in their products. In any case, the data collected and processed by E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. they are only the basic ones for the purposes indicated above.
The sending of commercial communications by e-mail, will be requested expressly by the USER at the moment of the introduction of the data or in the form prepared for this purpose (newsletter). The hiring of purchases or the request of information will not imply in any case the request of subscription to commercial mailing lists. 1.3.- Obligatory nature of the data entry:
The fields in which an asterisk * appears on the existing forms are those that require a mandatory response and if not covered, the consequence would be the impossibility of buying or requesting the information that is needed.
1.4.- Rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition:
The USER who enters their personal data in the different registration forms will have full right to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition at any time by requesting it to firstname.lastname@example.org or by postal mail to E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. , C / Trinidad Navarro, 3 29580 Cártama, Málaga. In any case, E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. reiterates that it undertakes to respect and absolute confidentiality in the collection and processing of personal data in such a way that the USER can always know what data is held by E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. and how they are being used by sending an email to email@example.com or requesting it by ordinary mail at the address indicated above. USERS with registered account may download their data through the personal area of www.paratum.es, once identified in it.
The USER may, by email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by postal mail request the modification or elimination of the data and exercise their right of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition on them.

E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. informs the USER that there will be no type of transfer of data to third parties. The only communications of the data that can be made are the logics for the same purpose with which they were introduced, for example to transport companies to proceed to deliver the products at home, communication therefore derived from the legal relationship freely accepted.
E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. ensures the absolute confidentiality and privacy of the personal data collected and therefore have adopted essential security measures to prevent alteration, loss, or unauthorized access and ensure its integrity and security. E-Sagitta Trading S.L.U. will not be responsible in any case for incidents that may arise around personal data when they are derived from an attack or unauthorized access to the systems in such a way that it is impossible to detect by the security measures implemented or when due to a lack of diligence of the USER regarding the guard and custody of their access codes or their own personal data.
1.8. Accuracy of the data:
The USER is responsible for the accuracy of their data, pledging not to introduce false data and proceed to modify them if necessary either by requesting it directly at email@example.com or by accessing the private area from which they can be modified. .
