This Deuter sleeping bag does not use PFC substances. These substances are used to repel water to protect against rain, but they are harmful to the environment. Instead of PFC, this sleeping bag uses DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation, which does not harm the environment.

Deuter Thermo ProLoft®
It is an insulating fleece with a high thermal capacity, formed by means of a special thermal treatment of polyester fibers.
A blend of filled and hollow fibers is produced to ensure that there is an optimal relationship between durability, weight and warmth. The fleece that is formed is resistant, with great thermal insulation capacity, and with a reduced weight.
Synthetic fibers have a number of advantages, such as their low ability to absorb moisture, fast drying, low volume, or their great ability to retain heat despite high humidity.
In addition, a thin layer of silicone is applied to the Deuter Thermo ProLoft® in order to improve the filling.
30 D polyamide ripstop
A new feather-type microfiber lining fabric is used, which, being highly dense, makes it quite waterproof and breathable, preventing the down from clogging up due to humidity (both inside and outside).
