The Deuter Futura 24 SL backpack is the SL (Slim Line) version of the Futura model, a light, comfortable and functional backpack, perfect for hiking, with a design specially designed to adapt to a woman's body. For this reason, it has a shorter back than a man's, narrower shoulder straps, and conical-shaped fins on the hips, which provide excellent comfort even on long excursions.
The back area has the Aircomfort system, a great ventilation system thanks to a new mesh, which provides a space between the backpack and the back that favors ventilation and moisture evaporation. This helps reduce the problem of sweating during long walks by up to 25%.
The backpack has a large zipper opening in the front area, which provides additional easy access to the interior of the backpack, facilitating the location of garments by having a general view of the contents of the backpack.
The backpack also has the Active Comfort Fit system, which provides an excellent fit of the backpack to the back, making the load evenly distributed, and more comfortable to carry.
It features ergonomic hip fins, very soft and light, that adapt to the body providing a comfortable fit. In addition, the fins have a zipper pocket.
The Futura series presents its main material with bluesign® certification.
50% of the thread used to manufacture this backpack comes from recycled material, which represents a saving of 12% of greenhouse gases.
The Deuter Futura 24 SL backpack does not use PFAS substances (perfluorinated and polyfluorinated chemicals). These substances serve to repel water as protection against rain, but they are harmful to the environment. Instead of PFAS, Deuter has been using DWR (Durable Water Repellency) impregnation since 2019, which does not harm the environment.
It is made with the following materials:
- 210D PA Recycled. 50% of the yarn comes from recycled material. The Futura series presents its main material with bluesign® certification.
- 600 D PES: Very robust polyester fabric, with polyurethane coating, which resists abrasions and tears.
The Deuter Futura 24 SL backpack is available in 3 colors to choose from: red, green and gray.
