Petromax Tripod Lashing

The Petromax Tripod Lashing Tripod is a very practical small accessory to always have a tripod at hand to hang kitchen utensils over the fire, without having to carry cumbersome structures.

It simply consists of a small and light stainless steel disc, which constitutes the basic structure to build a tripod made with 3 branches. The construction is simple, just insert 3 branches through the openings of the disc, and turn them slightly so that they are securely attached. In this quick and easy way you can set up a bonfire, and start cooking outdoors in any adventure or survival camp.

The disk comes with a set of two hooks and a chain, which is everything you need to hang a Dutch pot or kettle over the fire. Use the link of the chain that best fits the necessary distance from the fire.

With a total weight of only 450 g, you can take it on any adventure, since it fits in any luggage compartment.

In addition, this mooring tripod can also be used to build a cone-shaped shelter in the tipi style.
