The Ovaeasy crystallized egg is produced by slow evaporation of the water content of the eggs, without adding any type of chemical or additive. This unique process gives rise to a dehydrated egg 100% natural that retains its original fresh flavor, as healthy as the original egg from which it comes.
OvaEasy is produced with eggs without antibiotics or hormones, from chickens fed an exclusively vegetarian diet.
It is presented with the following formats:
- - envelopes of 56.7 grams, equivalent to 5.3 eggs, expiration 2.5 years
- - envelopes of 128 grams, equivalent to 12 eggs, expiration 2.5 years
- - boats of 6 envelopes of 128 grams, equivalent to 72 eggs, expiration 7 years.
It has no specific conservation needs and has an expiration date of 2.5 years in envelopes or 7 years in boat format. Even after opening the envelope, the unused egg powder can be stored for later consumption (unless it has been reconstituted with water).
With a natural flavor and an excellent food security, there are no excuses for not having breakfast some eggs in your outings to nature.
The preparation is simple, just mix 2 parts of OvaEasy with 3 parts of cold water and stir, we will obtain a beaten egg that we can use as we have always done.
