WITHDRAWAL OF PURCHASE
The client of Paratum has a term of 14 calendar days, from the reception of the order, for the withdrawal of the same.
Within this period, the customer can return the product without specifying the reason for the return and as long as the product meets the following conditions:
- It is in perfect condition, without deterioration or use marks.
- It is unused.
- Keep your original packaging and labels if there are any.
The customer must send the product, duly packed, and with a note with the order details inside, to the following address:

The cost of sending the return will be borne by the customer.
Once the product has been received and its status has been verified, Paratum will reimburse the customer for the full purchase amount (including shipping costs).
In the event that the original order includes more than one product and the entire order is not returned, only the amount paid for the returned product will be refunded.
Refunds will be made, preferably, by the payment method used by the customer in the purchase.
In the event that the product received has manufacturing defects or damage during transport, Paratum will manage the return of the same with the customer, in the most convenient way for both, and without any cost to the customer.
Once the defective product is received, Paratum will send a new one to the client, completely free of charge for the same.
In case of not having stock of the product to be replaced, Paratum may offer the customer the refund of the purchase.
SHIPMENTS NOT DELIVERED
In the event that a shipment was not delivered to the customer due to transport incidents unrelated to the customer, once the shipment is confirmed lost Paratum will proceed to the full payment thereof.
In the event that the shipment is returned to origin because it can not be delivered at the address provided by the customer, by default or by repeated absence at the place of delivery, Paratum will reimburse the customer for the value of the products purchased, discounting the cost of the return of the shipment. It is the client's responsibility to provide a correct delivery address, and to be located in it and / or through the contact information provided.
