Opiniones :
Hultafors Qvarfot 650 mm felling axe, hand forged, made of Swedish steel and long curved walnut handle, ideal for small felling jobs.< /span>
The Hultafors Qvarfot 650 mm felling ax is ideal for small forestry jobs, allowing small-scale felling, such as cutting branches, bark, and processing small specimens of wood.
Continuing the tradition of forging begun in 1697, this ax is a high-quality, hand-forged ax made at the Hults Bruk forge, using quality Swedish steel.
The handle is curved, and is made of walnut wood treated with linseed oil. In addition, it is a long handle, which allows it to transmit the necessary force to make the blows.
This axe is named Qvarfot after one of the families that worked at the Hults Bruk forge as blacksmiths for generations.
In the process of making the ax, the steel is struck numerous times, thus increasing its density and durability. In addition, it has a transparent tempered zone, within which the ax can be sharpened, without reducing the strength of the edge.
The convex polished edge is sharp, ready to be used.
Includes a leather sheath, perfect for safely transporting the axe.
